I bring over four years of professional writing experience to my work. My writing is detailed, descriptive, and empathetic. It's got extra oomph thanks to my skills in training, documentation, research, editing, interviewing, communication strategy, customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX).

Here are some projects I've worked on:

  • Onboarding: Overhauled an existing training program to an LMS platform (Lessonly), creating a 6-part onboarding journey for CX Agents with multiple elements (instructional writing, videos, and review sessions)

  • Knowledge Base Management: Collaborated on the design and implementation of a customer knowledge base while being the sole author of all help articles (examples can be found here)

  • Editing: Provided feedback on an instructional guide to weaving

  • Internal Documentation + Communications: Strategizing and writing copy for proactive customer outreach, promotional terms and conditions, and checkout

  • Store Trainings: Led in-person presentations for newly opening stores describing the function and capabilities of a highly unique point of sale system
