I bring over four years of professional writing experience to my work. My writing is detailed, descriptive, and empathetic. It's got extra oomph thanks to my skills in training, documentation, research, editing, interviewing, communication strategy, customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX).
Here are some projects I've worked on:

Onboarding: Overhauled an existing training program to an LMS platform (Lessonly), creating a 6-part onboarding journey for CX Agents with multiple elements (instructional writing, videos, and review sessions)
